Physical Orders are due to the photographer as pictures are being captured.
Photographers don't have access to the online system to know you have ordered.
Carefully complete order using
athlete's information
(NOT parent info). Each child needs own order if being photographed individually. (
Don't combine siblings
, unless taking pictures together).
Be sure your child takes an individual photo
. Orders
are not
automatically processed, monitored, or available to photographers.
Paperwork must be turned in to photographer for your order to be placed.
Submitted orders will be printed & delivered exactly as you type (or leave anything blank) into the online ordering fields in about 4-6 weeks via US Mail.
We are not responsible for you not turning in your order to the photographer,
your child not posing for an individual pose, misspellings, missing or inaccurate info you provide, or you moving from your current address.
Print and bring a paper copy of your receipt with you to pictures
. Each person photographed individually
must turn in paperwork
so we can log your image frames to tie images to your order.
If you cannot print your needed order receipt, check in at the sales station the day of pictures to complete a "filler" info slip to turn in as your receipt paperwork.
